Delivery

We deliver goods worldwide - delivery within UK will normally be within 4 - 7 days and for the Rest of the World within 14 days.

Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail First Class and is free. We send our overseas packages by Royal Mail using their International Signed For Air Mail service.  Charges for delivery are:

1. Europe - £7
2. Outwith Europe to the Rest of the World - £10

How to Buy Goods from our Website

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Website, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order through the PayPal Shopping Cart system to purchase a product PayPal will send you and The Jewel Box an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us subject to product availability and full payment being made for the goods prior to dispatch. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet and are kept in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, or earrings (for hygiene reasons). Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this 7 day cancellation period by e-mail or letter and have this acknowledged by us prior to returning any goods. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned unused and unworn in their original packaging and in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be displayed on our acknowledgement page of our website.
